Preparation Method:
1-Soak a suitable amount of course Freekeh in water and wash it.
2-Boil the meat or chicken, add salt & spices.
3- Fry a small, chopped onion with oil.
4- Add chicken or meat soup gradually and leave it on low heat till it is ready 5- Fry Almond & Pine Nuts.
