Cooking Instructions
1. Cook meat or chicken in water with bay leaves, onions, and cardamom.
2. When fully cooked, remove the meat or chicken and keep the broth.
3. For every 1 liter of broth, add 1,000g of Ashour Liquid Jameed.
4. Pour all the Jameed from the pack into the broth and stir well.
5. Heat the mixture for about 30 minutes or until it starts to boil, stirring occasionally
6. Add the cooked meat or chicken back to the mixture.
