How to cook El Doha rice:
Ingredients:
1 cup of rice, 2 spoons of oil or butter (as wishing), 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 glasses of water
Preparing:
1- Put oil or butter on a bowl 2 liters capacity and heat then add half the quantity of rice and heat till it becomes golden color.
2-Add the other half of rice and mix all well.
3- Add water and salt, then cover the bowl and put on low heat for 15-20 minutes till it absorbs water and becomes easy to eat
4- lift the bowl, leave it covered for 5 minutes
then serve hot.
