INGREDIENTS:Wheat.

Preparation:
1- Wash and drain the Freekeh from water.
2- Freekeh is stirred with some cooking oil.
3- Meanwhile, prepare chicken by boiling it with onions, black pepper, pepper seeds and cardamom.
4-For each cup of Freekeh, add 1 1/4 cup of chicken stock.
5- When chicken stock added dries, leave Freekeh on low heat for one hour & half or two hours.
