Description
INGREDIENTS: 100% Pure Jameed, Water, Spices, Salt. Jameed, washed and cleaned of all impurities, dissolved in sterile cooked water and packed in a sterile foil bag tightlysealed.
100% Jameed Stone (Cultured Sheep and Cow milk).

1- Clean the meat or chicken thoroughly before cooking.
2- Put the meat or chicken in the pot and add enough water with the addition of black pepper, bay leaf and any spices you want to flavor.
3- After boiling the contents, the foam floating on the surface is constantly removed until cooked.
4- Drain the meat stock so that the boiled meat stays in the pot and the broth in another bowl.
5- Jameed Ramalla liquid is dense and most of the contents settle to the bottom of the bag, so give the bag a good shake before use.
6- Cut the bag in the top corner using scissors and make sure all the deposited contents are out of the bag.
7- Pour the required amount of liquid Jameed Ramalla into a clean bowl.
8- Mix one cup of liquid Jameed Ramalla with one and a half cups of meat broth as needed and put it on the heat until it heats through.
9- After heating, add the ready-to-eat solution
10- Boil the meat and Jameed Ramalla solution until boiling for at least 15 minutes.
